These are the eight behaviors our staff and leaders seek to model for our students as well as draw out from our students.
We believe these values, coupled with an intentional relationship with Jesus, will lead to students gaining leadership influence wherever God places them in ministry.

We maintain a culture of respect, love, and support through everything we do. We will never prioritize tasks above enriching others.
GENEROSITY
We live open-handed, always looking to invest our time, talent and treasure. Our lives will be marked by what we contribute, not consume.
HONOR
We honor every person because they are made in the image of God. To honor is to value, esteem, and care for each individual God brings into our lives.
EXCELLENCE
We strive to give our best in everything by viewing each assignment as an opportunity to worship God.
MOVEMENT
We strive to simultaneously advance God’s work in us and around us. We are always pursuing a higher level and never settling for the status quo.
TEACHABILITY
We believe teachability trumps talent. Curiosity and a humble attitude are powerful traits that ensure we’re always growing. Every moment, challenge and interaction are opportunities to improve.
SERVANTHOOD
We dedicate ourselves to the success of others, always demonstrating a helpful attitude and doing all we can to ensure others rise to their full potential.
ADAPTABILITY
We know in order to grow, we have to embrace change. We constantly change our methods without changing our message.
